Jagdishjewellers.in may, at its sole discretion, request the Member to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Member at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the Member at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by Jagdishjewellers.in to the Member in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit.

A customer can opt to make the advance payment in three different modes:

1. Handpicked (100% pay): In case, a customer wants to pick up a product all by themselves from our store, they have to pay the complete amount of the product online and then visit the store anytime according to their convenience and pick up the product. This option has been kept for our elite customers staying abroad who can pay the 100% amount online and then they may send someone on their behalf to pick up the product or may pick it up on their own on their next visit to India.
2. Shipped (100% pay): In other case, if a customer wants the product to reach their door step, then also they are required to pay the complete 100% amount online (including the shipping charges- if staying abroad and other custom charges if at all liable).
3. Booking Amount (25%): If in case, a customer likes a product on our website and wants to have a look and feel of the product (by visiting the store) or would want to buy it sometime later, he/she can block the product with us (for a limited period of 2 months) by paying only 25% of the total amount and later, they can get the product by paying the balance amount, whenever they feel like.
